Description
Meet the Backwards People, a post-apocalyptic society founded to rewind the clock.
Their mission? To absorb the entire history of the world and rebuild it from the ashes. A tall order, given there’s only four of them.
As the overzealous Captain holds court, the amiable Chef cooks, and the fiercely logical Teacher instructs, the newly recruited Poet starts to realise that there’s something very wrong with his memory. It simply isn’t there.
Soon Poet will discover that history repeats in more ways than one – over and over again.
The Backwards People is a surrealist, comedic drama that explores the power of memory and the fear of moving forwards.
